Samples
Yes, you can and should order a sample before bulk. We produce a pre-production sample from your tech pack so you can approve fabric, fit, stitching, print, and labels before committing to a run. Shipping and Delivery
We ship DDP door-to-door worldwide, with duties and taxes handled. Air freight to the USA and UK typically takes five to eight days, and to Europe six to nine days, once your order leaves the factory after production and QC. There is no customs bill on arrival. Payment
Production usually starts against a deposit, with the balance due before shipping, and we confirm exact terms in your quote and order agreement.
