Minku Apparel is a custom streetwear factory in Pakistan that manufactures heavyweight, private-label garments for apparel brands across the USA, UK, and Europe. We turn a brand’s designs into production-quality t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, sweatsuits, tracksuits, jackets, and shorts, with low MOQ, premium fabric, and sampling before every bulk run.
We built this factory for founders who were tired of thin blanks, sloppy prints, and factories that treat a 100-piece order as an inconvenience. Our whole model is designed around independent labels and growing brands that want the fabric weight and finishing of the labels they admire, without the five-figure minimums that used to gatekeep that quality.
Our Factory Story
Minku started where most streetwear does: with a founder who could not find a manufacturer that would take a small brand seriously. Cut-and-sew samples came back off-spec, GSM was lighter than promised, and reorders never matched the first run. So we went the other direction and built a factory around consistency, transparency, and small-batch respect.
Today that factory runs full cut-and-sew production under one roof, from fabric sourcing and knitting through cutting, stitching, decoration, finishing, and quality control. Owning the process end to end is how we hold a garment to the same standard across a first 50-piece drop and a 5,000-piece reorder.
What We Manufacture
We are a full private-label and OEM manufacturer, which means we make your product to your specification and finish it with your branding, not ours. Our core lines cover the streetwear wardrobe:
- Custom t-shirts in heavyweight cotton, oversized and boxy fits.
- Custom hoodies in 400 GSM brushed fleece, pullover and zip-up.
- Sweatshirts, sweatsuits, and tracksuits.
- Jackets and shorts to round out a full collection.

Capabilities Under One Roof
Decoration is where cheaply run factories cut corners, so we keep it in-house. Screen print, DTG, puff and flat embroidery, acid wash, garment dye, tie-dye, and all-over print are all handled by our own team, which protects both quality and lead time. Because these steps never leave the building, we control colour accuracy, print durability, and stitch density on every unit.
Beyond decoration, our private-label program delivers woven neck labels, custom size and care tags, printed hang tags, and branded packaging, so the finished product looks like your brand from the polybag out.
Ethics and Certifications
Premium product and fair production are not in conflict. Our factory operates as a certified, ethically run facility with safe working conditions, fair wages, and documented quality systems. Brands that sell on values can source with us and stand behind their supply chain, because we can back our claims with certifications and factory audits rather than marketing language.
Why Brands Trust Minku
Trust in manufacturing is earned on the second order, not the first. Brands stay with us because the third reorder feels identical to the sample they approved a year earlier. Consistent GSM, consistent fit, consistent print – that repeatability is what lets a label build a loyal customer base.
“Consistent 300 GSM across three reorders, and the neck labels matched our spec every time. That reliability let us scale without second-guessing production.” – founder, US streetwear label
We also move at the speed brands need. Sampling in one to two weeks, bulk in three to five, and DDP delivery in around five to eight days keeps your drops on schedule.
Work With Us
If you are building a label and want a manufacturing partner who treats a small run with the same care as a large one, we should talk. Start by reviewing how it works, then get a custom quote or request a sample to feel the quality first-hand.
Our Manufacturing Philosophy
We believe a garment is judged in the hand, not on a screen. That conviction shapes how we run the floor: heavier fabrics where they belong, clean seams, honest labelling, and decoration that survives the wash. Streetwear earns loyalty through feel and durability, so we build every piece to be reordered, not returned. A brand that ships a hoodie a customer wears for years has a manufacturing partner that took the fabric weight and stitching seriously from the first sample.
This philosophy also means saying no to shortcuts. We do not thin a fabric to hit a lower number, and we do not push a decoration method that will crack after a few washes. The premium register we work in is a promise about how the garment holds up, and we protect it on every order.
How We Source Materials
Consistency starts at the fibre. We source combed ring-spun cotton, organic cotton, French terry, and brushed fleece through established mills, and we hold GSM and colour to spec across runs so a reorder feels identical to the first sample. Because we control sourcing, we can match a reference garment closely, secure certified sustainable fabric when a brand needs it, and keep the supply chain documented. Read the full breakdown on our fabrics and materials page.
Who We Work With
Our clients are apparel and streetwear brands at every stage: first-time founders launching a debut capsule, established labels scaling a proven line, influencers and artists producing merch, and retailers building private-label ranges. What they share is a standard for how their product should feel and a need for a manufacturer that treats a small run with real care. Whether you make tees, hoodies, or a full streetwear collection, we scale with you.
Responsible Production
Beyond safe conditions and fair wages, we work to reduce waste on the floor: efficient marker-making to cut fabric loss, careful colour management to limit dye rework, and durable construction that keeps garments out of landfill longer. Brands selling on sustainability can request organic and certified materials and back their claims with our documentation. Responsible manufacturing is part of the premium standard, not a separate add-on.
Our Promise to Brands
We make three commitments to every label we work with. Your designs stay yours and confidential. Your bulk order matches the sample you approved, backed by a written quality guarantee. And your order arrives DDP to your door with duties handled, so overseas manufacturing feels straightforward. If you want a partner who stands behind those promises, start with a custom quote or request a sample to judge the quality yourself.
Inside Our Production Floor
Our factory brings fabric sourcing, cutting, stitching, decoration, wash treatments, finishing, and quality control together under one roof. Keeping these steps in-house is deliberate: it gives us control over quality and lead time that split supply chains cannot match. Skilled machinists handle construction, dedicated teams run screen print, DTG, and embroidery, and a quality team checks every order against its approved sample. This integrated floor is how a small brand gets the finish of a large label without a large-label minimum.
Growing With the Brands We Serve
The relationships we value most span years and many drops. We see founders move from a first 50-piece capsule to recurring production across tees, hoodies, and full collections, and we scale our capacity to match their growth. Because we hold specifications on file and keep quality consistent, brands can expand their range without re-sampling from scratch each season. If you are building something you intend to grow, we are set up to grow with you, from your first quote onward.
Built for the Long Term
Minku Apparel exists to be the manufacturing partner a brand keeps. Our factory, our low minimums, our sampling discipline, and our written quality guarantee are all built around repeat business and long relationships, not one-off transactions. When your label grows, we grow with it, holding your specifications and standards steady across every reorder. That stability is what lets founders plan seasons ahead, knowing their product will feel the same on the tenth run as it did on the first. If that is the kind of partner you are looking for, we would like to hear what you are building. Send your brief through get a quote or request a sample to see the standard for yourself.
